The bottom floor includes the entryway and coat closet, bicycle storage, a 2-car garage, and exterior covered storage. Upstairs, bedrooms, circulation, laundry and the bath are all grouped to the south, with the open living spaces and kitchen together on the north. A second floor deck provided private outdoor living space.
